Fantastic customer service! I saw a ring online that I liked and it wasn’t in store. The lovely Jai ordered it for me and there was no obligation for me to buy if I didn’t like it. 2 days later it arrived from Melbourne and that’s during COVID! I decided on the ring and had it resized. 3 days later it was ready. Ladies were lovely to deal with and could not fault the timing or level of service.
