Hi, I'm Jorja. I am an Accredited Dietitian & Nutritionist and a lover of all things food! My interest in food and nutrition was sparked while representing Australia in water polo as a junior athlete and realising the profound link between food and sporting performance. My focus since shifted towards my career in nutrition & dietetics where I have now found my niche helping clients to achieve their personal goals with food. I consult on all general dietetic issues such as weight loss, diabetes, cholesterol and food intolerances. I also hold a strong interest in sports nutrition and women's health issues including PCOS, fertility and pregnancy. Importantly, I combine my knowledge with a real world practical outlook. The ultra-busy lifestyle we lead doesn't leave a lot of time left to spend hours in the kitchen. For this reason, meals that are super quick, really tasty and easy to prepare play a large role in my approach. I love my food, including cheese, wine and chocolate.
