We were recommended by Battery World to go to Troys Business with the central locking on our 200 series Landcruiser. From the first contact by phone Patricia was very friendly and helpful. On arrival at the business Kaleb the technician was friendly, well mannered and straight into the job. As the problem couldn't be solved we weren't charged for their time. We were very pleasantly surprised .Renae in reception was very helpful as well. What a great friendly team.....not often you get that sort of service these days. Well done and congrats to you all. He came, got me inside my unit and was gone in such a short timeframe that I didn’t even catch his name! Locked out of my unit at 10am on a Sunday morning, I'd never had to hire anyone for this before, my place was impenetrable. I didn't even know what they could do, what was possible; who the heck was going to be available on a Sunday morning and what small fortune is it gonna cost? He arrived in 45 minutes, got me inside in 2, and cost 100 bucks. He vastly exceeded my expectations and cost a fraction of what I was expecting (and had a machine I could just tap my card on).
