Following a referral from a Doctor or Hospital Discharge Planner, NDNS will arrange a convenient time to complete a comprehensive assessment by a Registered Nurse. What DVA Community Nursing services do we provide? DVA Community Nursing services offered will depend on the client's assessed clinical care needs.
