About us: We provide compassionate, kind and skilled care to individuals within their home for support with activities such as going out shopping or to appointments, grocery shopping, personal care assistance (showering, dressing, toileting, etc.), house cleaning, meal preparation, medication prompts, learning new hobbies or skills together, gardening, companionship, welfare checks and more! We also can support with capacity building, including support coordination. The list is endless and the type of activities can be altered to suit the individuals needs and preferences. Who we can provide services to: We can provide services to NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) participants, the ageing population on MyAgedCare home care packages , TAC (Transport Accident Commission) requests, WorkSafe requests, iCare requests, and other private brokerage services.
