Services can be refused if we believe there is unsociable behaviour which includes any form of aggression and excessive barking To ensure that we are able to provide personalised service to your pooch, we limit our dog boarding bookings to 4 small pooches at one time Initial Visit (Meet and Greet) We require this initial visit to be carried out before any dog is booked in; on your inquiry phone call make a meet and greet appointment with you. This is a free service which includes a visit to our home so that we can meet you and your pooch. This meeting takes approximately 15 minutes and allows you to assess our arrangements. It also allows us to assess the suitability of your pooch to this environment At this time we will give you an information pack with forms that will need to be completed and returned should you wish to go ahead with the booking.
