Glenda and the crew are great to talk to and did a fantastic job with my border collie 'ACE'. He's hard to manage and would have required muzzling - when I picked him up he was a different dog - trimmed, cool and relaxed. My boy Buster loves to go to Pawtails and gets very excited when he sees the white van pull up My dog although very loving is a bit hyperactive and can be a handful at times and it's a credit to everyone working at Pawtails the way they care for Buster and all animals Buster comes home just as happy as he left and it's a real peace of mind when we are on holidays . I really love the report card we also get as to what he got up to and the photos on Facebook are great to check out while we are away. If I could give 20 stars I would.
