Stage2screen is the premiere performing arts academy on the Central Coast, providing a foundation in confidence, presence and technique for those interested in performing on stage or on camera. Stage2screen tutors have made short films, television pilots and internet promotions throughout Sydney and internationally for both educational and private institutions for the past 9 years for international clients and audiences, we now wish to pass on our collective industry experience in a modern way. PLUS This is the only acting course that offers a unit of Green Screen and special effects allowing students to present the weather, fly like superman and work with computer generated props such as a light saber. Students work on scenes from movies & television that are videotaped with professional movie cameras in class and are taught techniques specific to working in front of the camera. This course is so much more than a drama class, with lessons in different styles of theatre, audience participation, presenting and speaking in front of a crowd our hope is not only to help our students grow as actors in a safe and fun environment, but also to help them discover more about themselves and walk away as more confident people. Family and friends are then invited to see the screening of students class work at our Red Carpet Awards Night at the end of the year.
