I got Ian to clean the front and back yard exteriors of my rental unit. He did a great job - everything looks great! I especially appreciate him washing out all the mold, dead bugs and gunk underneath the AC split systems, as well cleaning all the embedded stains and mold from the concrete patio. Thanks!
