Although Sanitair specializes in cleaning air conditioners, and I was seeking a repair, they were very courteous and helpful. I appreciated the time they took over my call. I would very favorably consider them for an air conditioning cleaning/ servicing job.

John was friendly from the time he answered the phone first with my partner to the time he left the house. He was able to come in less than 24 hours very luckily for us because we really needed help. When he arrived it was a bit of a crisis at home with the toddler suddenly being starving at this time and the baby screaming but it didn’t matter to him. He came in was very discreet did his thing and took the time to show me what we were afraid of. We were blowing black mold straight in the air and everywhere, it was that bad it was not funny. He took the time to do his job with care and professionalism. When he left it was like he was never here except now first the air conditioning is blowing cooler air but also fresh and clean air. Thank you so very much for your time, we hope to be able to work with you in the future and couldn’t recommend you enough. Have a lovely day. If you are looking for expertise and not being rip off, John is definitely THE man for you
