I would just like to convey our most sincere thanks to you and your wonderful staff for the prompt, polite, patient and efficient manner in which our air-conditioning problems were quickly rectified. I must sincerely apologise, If during the course of this issue, I briefly placed you into the category of Most Businesses I have dealt with, for this is not the case. I felt that the urgency of our problem quickly became your level of urgency and I was able to step back from the issue, focus on my own work, knowing that my concerns were competently being dealt with. Normally I would have to be crawling all over the issue 100%, however in this case I was able to relax and leave it completely in your hands. I can't thank you and your staff enough.
