could not thank Jay (the owner) and his team enough. Especially Shane. He helped me get to the cause of my air conditioning problems and fix it with ease, when so many could not. He also did a fantastic job with a deep clean. Despite being so busy Jay worked hard to fit me in as soon as possible. Great customer service, honest and reliable. Shane knows exactly what he is doing, explaining everything to me as he went along simply, so I could understand, gave me very good advice. And had so much patience with all the questions I had for him. Nothing was a bother or too big or small to do. After getting the run around from so many different companies and Tradies, I really started to loose hope in getting my air con fixed & lost faith that there might be some decent people still out there. JVK ELECTRICAL restored my faith.🙏

Brett is an absolute superstar! He gave us excellent advice on which air conditioner to buy and a very competitive quote for supply & install. His installation was neat and tidy and at a time that suited us perfectly. We called him again recently for another air con support request and he was again super quick to attend to our call and install. You definitely won't regret contacting Coffs Air Comfort - why buy from the big non family owned businesses when you can support a local and his family for even better service?!

So impressed with the time frame in which appointments were made and carried out. Honest and reliable information received to be able to make the decision to replace our existing air con in our main bedroom. From initial phone call to have it inspected to when the replacement was installed, we cannot fault the whole team. From Bec in admin through to the the guys and gals that completed the initial inspection and then installation of new. Fast. Prompt. They do what they say they will do.
