“Excellent service from Hutchy’s. Arrin and Steve were on time, super friendly, tidy and very professional, with clear communication throughout. This was an urgent call. They were like Batman & Robin! The air-conditioner hadn’t been serviced for years and was a heat and health concern for my elderly mother. After a thorough clean, the improvement was immediate — the living areas are now cool and comfortable. They also provided helpful advice and a quote for a more efficient split system. Better energy efficiency & better location. We HIGHLY recommended. Looking forward to having them instal new system soon. Thanks legends!”

Matt is absolutely brilliant. We had a safety switch trip in our meter box. Matt talked me through a process to isolate the problem myself, saving me the cost of him coming to my place and of course saving himself the time in dealing with what was a simple problem to isolate. Had it been a more serious problem I couldn’t deal with myself Matt undertook to get someone out to my place promptly. To me this represents honesty and a fabulous customer service ethic. You can’t hope for better than that in my opinion.
