As a young female, I can confirm this company does not overcharge and make you feel dumb. I always felt respected and valued by these guys. They have fair pricing and timing. They are always willing to discuss options for complicated issues and answer my questions.

Our Town Car Clinic

We have been having our cars serviced at McDonald Automotive Services for the past ten years. There has never been an issue with either the quality of service or the costs charged for their work. Their loan car availability is a real plus when you need a second car to get around town. My adult family has even chosen them for important services when they're required (pre round around Australia caravan trip). You also get to talk to the team and have their work explained to you in simple terms. We'll be staying with the team for many years to come.

I just saw someone else’s (great) review reminder I never did my own. I never do! Not Normally. But they are so exceptionally good, I had to. Yes, Blake IS a bloody legend but the whole team together make the business great - providing a service which is seamless & stress free, right from the 1st phone call, & all through every other phone call lol as they sorted out what it seemed nobody else could. The reason they could? Because they have an in-depth knowledge of the industry, know what they can & can’t do, & aren’t trying to rip you off. I’d been trying to get a new (old!) drivers side window, 4 weeks and all I got was grief. Blake had it sorted in no time.. knowing he could use another make/ model with a slight adjustment. I spoke to I don’t know how many ‘blokes!’ about it (wreckers, mechanics etc) most said I had a slim to none chance. How many Blokes equal one Blake? A lot!
