Our centre has been architecturally designed to create an environment that is safe, nurturing and stimulating where children are encouraged to discover, explore and imagine. This enables children to develop their own ideas, to discover, explore, and construct their own sense of agency. We understand the importance of environmental learning and are passionate about giving the children opportunities to be in touch with the natural world and explore methods of sustainability. Our outdoor spaces have been specifically designed by award winning “Natural Playspace” designer, Tess Michaels. The goal of designing children’s outdoor environments is to use the landscape and vegetation as the play setting. They offer children chances to manipulate the environment and explore, to use their imagination, to interact with nature, animals and insects, and other children. Our outdoor play areas include: chicken coop, water pump, edible garden, sensory boards, mirrors, sandpit, cubby houses, slides, mud Kitchen, water pump and splash pad.

Coonamble Children's Services is a 32 place Centre meeting the needs of children from 6 weeks - 12years. We operate Monday to Friday from 8.15am - 5.30pm and offer Long Daycare and Occasional Care for children aged 6 weeks - 5 years as well as After-School Care and Vacation Care for children up to 12 years. We offer places for a Full Day, Half Day, School Hours and After School Care. At Coonamble Children's Services we provide a nutritious menu which consists of morning tea, lunch with dessert, afternoon tea and late snack.
