Brett Williams FencingI did not have any work done by Elite Carpentry so I can't send feedback on that particular area, however I was so impressed at the efficient answer to my call out for a quote to repair a fence. I was sent a message thanking me for the contact but were unable to quote given they were booked out until early next year. Customer service is very important to any business, particularly a small business and it does leave a good impression for future contact. Thank you Elite for taking the time to reply - I have had no other reply from any of the other companies.
