The best gym I have ever walked into! Clean, great variety of training areas and equipment. The staff are great and all so approachable, make you feel welcome and at ease. Best part no lock in membership!

Great gym environment and great equipment and the gym offers great personal training with Shayne. It also offers great group classes with my favourite being pilates, boxfit and pump.
