I am committed to helping you become a more efficient mover, while also fostering greater body awareness and control. Pilates has profoundly impacted my life, enabling me to manage hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (hEDS), fatigue, back pain, and sports-related injuries. I truly believe that Pilates is the only exercise system I can sustain into my later years without difficulty. It has transformed my health, and I’m confident you will find it just as rewarding.
