We engaged Marques Flooring to provide engineered timber flooring in NSW Spotted gum for the ground floor of our home. We are extremely happy with the product. We used our own installer. The help and assistance provided by Josh and his entire team was outstanding. From Josh being available to answer queries to Jules his office manager, everything went like clockwork. Was recommended by a friend about this family business and decided to go through them. living in a holiday apartment had to get everything approved by the Body Corporate and liaise with the building manager and security office of works in my apartment Told by sales rep the job only going to take 3 days and promised it will be done by one of their best contractors after completion no damage to building and property.. 19 days later from the start of job still not finished communication between the sales rep and contractor to the client utterly nonexistent had to ring the company to find out if my flooring was finished and didn’t get a call back to let me know.. Damage to walls when taking the old skirting off and light covering in the kitchen mysteriously disappeared Hopefully this will get completed today and damage issues resolved.. No a happy client 😡😡😡

Kirilee was friendly, professional, experienced and most helpful. We were looking for flooring, curtains and blinds and Kirilee's advice steered us to appropriate hybrid floor coverings, sheer and blockout curtains and appropriate blinds. She came to our home, both to measure up but also to advise on colouring and more. When we faced problems, she had an answer and was always available when needed, including answering her phone when not at work. We were, and remain, most impressed with her assistance.
