Excellent Business - Excellent Team - Excellent Service. From the very start Carpet One & Tiles Mackay were very professional, they were the only Mackay Carpet business that responded to my online quote request from the their websites so I didn't waste any further time on getting quotes from the other carpet places, their showroom is set up well and has heaps of different carpet styles and colours as well as very friendly staff, they offered samples to take home for assessment, they coordinated a home visit and measure up within 48 hours of requesting the online quote request, their pricing was very good, they were able to complete the job within a suitable time frame, their tradesman (Zac) with his apprentice did a very professional job, installation was completed quickly and efficiently, carpet looks perfect, they also offer an inhouse carpet overlocking/edging service for making made to measure mats out of any off-cuts that are left over, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

If there were 6 stars they would get one, just amazing the quote fitted exactly what I needed. Fast quote and from quote to laying carpet and boards, excellent timing. Of all the quotes there's was the last, but the absolute best. Cant praise their service high enough, I have in the not too long past used 2 other business's in Mackay whilst renovating and so sad I didn't use the Guys at Cane City. You can not go wrong with them I am sure, and that's what one needs to know, a lot of money goes into renovating and when you don't get the best service it is heartbreaking, but so uplifting when you see such great work.
