Michael & his team made the highly unlikely happen: 2 weeks before Christmas an urgent flooring job (because we dropped the ball and forgot to plan and book it). Not only that, but beautiful job, a different product than we'd planned because it was much better suited to the kitchen environment (& less expensive than other choices!) . Great service instore.However disappointed I was unable to return an unopened box of wall tiles. (clearly I cant measure that well) Its not a huge thing but its off putting I have to say. Lesson learnt.....My reno continues so when I order my floor tiles for my house, Ill be checking the return policy of the business I will be purchasing from.
