They were for our Aunty’s 80th Birthday, which she sadly had to spend in hospital. They were absolutely beautiful and she loved them. He was so kind and compassionate and made this overwhelming situation so bearable. Michael organised everything he possibly could guiding me gently throughout the process and made it all easy for me to understand. He was always easy to converse with and nothing was left unchecked.
