When Dad went into care, Mum had to nominate a funeral home, after doing her research and realising that she did not want to use one of the generic big funeral parlours, Mum rang Artisan Funerals and spoke to Karen. We are so glad that we found Karen, she has been caring and compassionate in our time of sorrow. The funeral she assisted us to organise was beautiful and a testimony to Dad's life, Karen seemed to be able to understand our needs before we did. I was so disappointed with other Florists in my area, poor experience, bad Flower Design or poor attitude towards Customer Service. Flowers Gold Coast have beaten everyone in all regards, each year I buy my Wife Valentine's Day Flowers early, and these guys knew how to deliver. Friendly service, amazing Flower Design and even up to date communication the whole way through.

From same day delivery to the item being advertised, Gifts on the Gold Coast delivered on the day I asked, not to mention the presentation was beautiful and my friend was super excited when it was delivered. I was also notified by email when the gift arrived which is a nice touch!
