Valentinos Italian Restaurant & Pizzaria was soon to follow, located on the main avenue in Broadbeach, with Tony's brother George opening Georges next door a few years later. A family affair, Valentinos is lovingly tended by the Covino family, including Tony, his wife Elaine, and Alfonso and Carmelina's grandchildren, Carmel, Daniella, Stephanie and Nicola, who all help with the day-to-day running of the restaurant.
