Food and service is fantastic. But today I witnessed a trainee ask a team leader how to process cash and card and I beleive the trainee was done an injustice by the instructor who completed the transaction themselves. A hands on approach is always the best way to learn and I feel that the trainer should have walked the trainee through it. I hope this young lass has a good memory for the steps involved without needing to go back to the trainer with the same question later on. This is exactly the way a young person can feel demoralised on the job.

Absolutely fantastic. Both food and service were great. By far the best Banana bread you can get. Coffee was made perfectly as well and fresh Juice was simply amazing. I definitely recommend The Grapevine Café to anyone!
