Just had a great lunch here, staff were great as I have an onion allergy and when I saw one of the sandwich makers making mine and the previous one had onion on it and I said to the manager about my allergy (the main server had already been told when ordering) she was more than happy to remake mine with fresh gloves on. It’s not offen I eat out due to the lack of understanding and compliance.

I thought they had the best sushi around. They have a great selection from grilled king crab and grilled scallops and something different black rice it all fresh and it taste delicious. When l'm at Pacific Fair l cant wait to have my favourite sushi. l love the grilled king crab. The staff give great service and are super nice. If you're there, give it a try. Spaghetti and Jazz is our favourite. The food is always amazing and definitely some of the best Italian on the Gold Coast. We often get takeaway and although the food is incredible but the service could be better. Once when phoning to make our standard order for probably the 15th time, was told that a particular food item is not and has never been on their menu which was very odd and since then have been able to continue to order the same items. On one occasion though, we went to pick up our takeaway and I stood waiting a full minute before the person behind the counter looked up from the screen to even acknowledge my presence. I think with the price you pay, the service could be better. Despite all this, the food is wonderful and we will continue to come back regardless of the other things.
