Lovely friendly staff and delicious food. Disappointing that we chose to visit and eat at the club specifically to use one of our $50 NSW parent vouchers which was declined at the restaurant because it is apparently a separate business to the club who is not part of this new voucher program. Deceptive use of the vouchers.

Redgate Farm is a 4th Generation working family property, currently growing quail, ducks, spatchcock & free range chicken for foodservice. From the beginning in 1981; we have practised chemical free farming methods. The only fertilisers used on paddocks are the manures that our animals generate. We use commercially formulated feed mixes - & almost never medicate. Disease control is a management issue - manage your animal husbandry & the animals are essentially healthy & happy. Our animal genetics are what sets us apart. Our quail are the largest that are grown for the table worldwide (we have spent the last decade searching the world for comparable finished weights on birds) Maggie Beer used our quail for �the final feast' at the Pheasant Farm Restaurant. The Windsor Castle Hotel exceeded my expectations, I must say. The accommodation was actually one of the cleanest I have ever encountered and the Hotel itself provided for our every need. It was a pleasure dealing with the staff the entire time. The meals were also restaurant quality and the service was exceptional. Also the rooms were very quiet with no noise from the hotel. I will definitely be back soon.

The couple operators are the icing on the cake (or the salt on the chips) when you purchase their product. An impeccable little business. These new owners of fourteen months have improved remarkably what was already a quality operation. Their offerings are many and of the best, best, best quality. Their cooking professionalism and freshness of ingredients says it all. Their premises, their interesting little extras and their personal presentation is second to none. A spot on little show worthy of support .

Bimbadeen Mountain Retreat is located at Mt View on 55 mountain acres with views of the valley below and only 10 minutes to Pokolbin, heart of Wine Country. Our home is built from re-cycled convict hewn sandstone blocks which were sourced from all over the Hunter Valley. We built it ourselves over 12 years and with magnificent leadlight windows and large oregon beams, it is looks as though it has stood on the side of Bimbadeen Mountain for a hundred years right here, in Hunter Valley Wine Country. We cater for couples and groups of up to 6 people we seek a complete and relaxing atmosphere, here in the Hunter Valley We combine stunning views, peace & harmony with beautiful views, birdlife and bushwalking.We have 2 deluxe B&B spa suites and a self contained cottage. Bimbadeen Mountain Retreat also has a limousine service: �Wine Country Limousines' and offer luxurious limousines and a Fairlane sedan for wine tasting tours where you can choose your own itinary. Your hosts Chris and Joe Taranto have lived in the area for 30 years so can provide local knowledge about things to do and see or book you into any of the local restaurants, day spas, hot air ballooning, horse and carriage tours or a mini bus tour. If you like nature, fresh air, beautiful birds and enjoy bush walking or outdoor activities as well as great local wines, you certainly won't be disappointed.
