I am a long term customer and their services make my day while I then serve breakfast lunch in aged care. While they look after me at 6am each day I then am able to care better for elderly and put their needs first...local families looking after families..how lucky are we to have this professional business in wauchope. Always friendly esp during covid they nutured everyone with their delights and amazing coffee. If a barista praises and I'm a nutritional food cook then it must be good..another day in paradise thanks team..grandkids luv it too esp before school

Very nice clean rooms that were in great condition and quite modern. There were lots of stairs around the place and it seemed all a bit squeezed in. Apart from this minor inconvenience, it is situated in a quiet and peaceful location away from the highway. Also away from the beach and town which could be a plus or a minus depending on what you are after.

My partner and I had a lovely early dinner as we had been travelling and hadn't had lunch so we were starved. The staff were very obliging even though it was only 5pm! The meal was cooked exactly as we had asked and the desert was a beautiful Creme Brulee - beautiful! The Cabernet Sauvigon was very nice too! Thank you.

I tend to come through NSW for work and on this trip I decided to try the Mercure Centro instead of my usual option on the beach front also part of Le Club Accor Hotels. Unfortunately, on this occasion, the shower and toilet really let down this otherwise great hotel. The shower screen was opaque due to soap scum and the corners were moldy. The toiletealing came unstuck and can be moved like a chair which was pretty poor. Due to the polarity of this hotel there were no other rooms available. The food was excellent though!

Handling all of your washing and drying needs, Port Plaza Laundrette is the grooviest laundry in town, with the most washers and dryers under one roof. We are conveniently located in Gordon Street, next door to Domino's Pizza. There is plenty of off-street parking nearby. Our Port Macquarie laundry is equipped with coin-operated triple load washing machines and large capacity dryers, allowing you to get your washing done faster. It is also much more cost-effective, as the machines are capable of handling bigger loads. We also have a change machine onsite to ensure you have the correct coins for activating the washing machines and dryers. Port Plaza Laundrette provides a full washing and ironing service, from 7:30am to 4pm Monday to Friday. Our laundrette is equipped to handle commercial and domestic loads, including bulky items such as doonas and blankets. We take care with delicate items, using specialised detergents to ensure a thorough but gentle clean. Our laundrette is also available for self-service operation from 5am, seven days a week. The washing machines at Port Plaza Laundrette are built for industrial purposes, so they are able to handle large loads. From curtains to comforters, sleeping bags to seat covers, our machines can handle them all. If you are in Port Macquarie on holidays, let us take care of all of your laundry needs. We have a full pick-up and delivery service available for those clients who are unable to drop their items off.

Laundromat was well equipped and good value but it needs a designated ‘fur child’ washing machine. I went to use one of the washing machines and it was covered in what looked like clumps of dog hair. It wasn’t a reflection on the cleanliness of the establishment but it needs to be addressed.
