Esther integrates myofascial release, myofascial cupping, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular techniques, Muscle energy techniques as well as Swedish massage & body awareness into her treatments. Esther’s goals in treatment are to promote positive changes in each patient’s health and well-being, and to educate them to become more aware of their body through home care stretching and exercises to promote a long-lasting result.
