I cannot fault Bryan J Reid Funeral Services. Every point of contact with every staff member was full of compassion and professionalism. They took such time and commitment to make sure every single detail for my mum's funeral was perfect. Even when I kept making small changes, they assured me it was OK as it had to be perfect for mum. Even though we could only have 10 people at the service, Maureen the celebrant made sure to include family and friends watching via live stream. Jeff and Kylie provided such support, advice and guidance and Greenway Chapel was a beautiful setting to farewell my mum. We just cannot thank you enough.

This small family owned funeral home was brilliant to deal with and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. They really did a great job taking care of my Mother's funeral, such consideration and care. We found the service provided by Timeless Funerals exactly fitted our requirements for when both my father-in-law and my mother-in-law passed away. Both were 96 when they left us and had no remaining friends. Both had made it very clear to us that they did not want an extravagant ceremony and the Timeless experience was perfect for our requirements.
