I'd like to thank Rebecca for her kindness and promptness with the whole process. She had everything sorted very quickly (much quicker than other services) and I think this is one of the most important things when it comes to loved ones as I believe you can't put a price on dignity and them returning back home rather than being left somewhere else.

I couldn't speak highly enough of this Florist ! From the initial booking to arranging delivery and my giving the wrong address they were so helpful and patient. After my son n law had to walk up the street to the incorrect address i supplied to give my daughter "A little sparkle " , she loved it ! Thank you for all your patience , impeccable service and for helping to make my daughter smile. Photo she sent , I have a sneaky suspicion she had a chocolate or 2 before taking it 🤭

When my mom passed.. someone working with my daughter recommended Artisan funerals, saying, Karen was amazing, was so personal and actually cared.. When I spoke with Karen I knew straight away, this to be true. We met and she sat with me till after 7pm talking about mom and my expectations and throughout the process she advocated for me to ensure that each request was fulfilled to make mom’s ceremony with a personal touch.
