He was great, full of helpful information and he explained how to keep the pool heated and save money at the same time. The service was great, with follow up phone calls to ensure we were satisfied and understood how everything worked. So thankful to Drew at Gas Services Qld. He saved us so much money as we had a fire on our gas hot water system due to incorrect installation by a different plumber. I have not had to pay to replace the system as he organised the warranty replacement. He went above and beyond to help me. He has a great attitude and was very clear when communicating with me. Can't recommend this company highly enough.
