K9 River Retreat is a luxury boarding facility on a 100 acre river front property in Kuranda. The spacious, friendly bedrooms are equipped with lounge suits, beds and bean bags. Dogs have all day access to a large, safe and secure grassed area with slides, tunnels and waterplay. Dogs are taken for walks and have the option of going for a dip or a swim in the river. We have 30 years experience in the animal field and are able to take, high needs and convalescing dogs. We are able to administer all medications and injections.
