Being brand new to renovating, Michael helped us greatly in running through what our ideas were, what was possible, what may work better, offering solutions with his knowledge and experience all towards freshening up our home, along with making it more safe. Michael has been very approachable and easy to contact, having a lot of patience with our many questions that came with being first time renovators. He had very clear communication, was able to work in and around with other trade work that needed doing, and with his years of experience was able to provide accurate outcomes and job estimates. You can see Michaels passion in the work he produces, along with his reliability to the project. Along with working hard on our home's transformation Michael always took the time to say hello to our new bub and ask how we were going, which being not only new to renovating but new to parenting, seeing his genuine care helped make the experience less stressful and smooth.

John also made a number of practical suggestions to save costs when he visited Stephen to quote the home repairs. At the end of the project, John even reduced the invoice amount because there were savings in labour and materials, which he all achieved when he was doing the work.

Highly recommend Jack from Blatch Built Carpentry. We had a deadline to meet for a 5x10 meter outdoor pergola and deck with very little notice and he made sure everything was completed upon this date working long hours and all the work was still top quality and couldn’t fault a single thing. I did not like the way the hire a hubby spoke to me from Merewether, I asked him how much will this cost me for a simple job which was reattaching a door handle, needed a screw replacing, he did fix this. He did do a good job, his reply to my question was "DO NOT BE STUPID". I did not call him to get judged on my intelligence, he could just have said, "NO, it will not cost you".
