They arrived directly after I placed the order for our new off-peak hot water system, took the old one away and left the site as clean as it was before. Mackies installed our stand-alone system a few years ago and it works great. Since then, I have had them instal a smaller system on a shed, do some annual maintenance and software upgrades which costs about the same annually as the daily grid connection charge and I don't get any other bill for the energy I use! They even did a service on my backup generator. They can monitor my system remotely and it is set up to suit our needs. If the batteries are low but not critically low over night, the backup generator is programmed to start at a respectable time in the morning. I feel totally confident that I have a more reliable power system than anything a power authority could offer and that Mackies will be there to assist when called upon to assist.
