As recent retires and moving to the coast after a lifetime on the farm we needed to upgrade the kitchen in our new home. Andrew was amazing, he explained in detail and in layman's terms we could understand. We apologised for taking so much of his time but he just told us that's exactly what I'm employed for. We were so happy about our new appliances and the service Andrew gave us and although we spent over $ 4000 we left the store more than happy. If they hand out gold stars than it's a big 5 from us. Over the 19 years we've had dealings with The Pump House (mostly when they were located in Maleny and afterwards in Beerwah) we've met staff members of all ages and attitudes. All have been efficient but when someone comes along (admittedly with the benefit of youth on his side) bringing expertise, efficiency, a cheerful manner and a beaming smile it's time to add a review - so thank you Scotty. I'm sure you will go far in your chosen field and the Pump House at Beerwah is fortunate to have you. I'd like to add thanks to Sheree as well. Clearly a lady who can pour oil on troubled waters; add in a smiling voice and a friendly attitude and Sheree is another person whom the Pump House is fortunate to have on their team. Thank you.

I would like to share my experience with Sun City Hot Water Brisbane. I found my gas hot water heater leaking on Sunday morning. I did some research online and decided on a heat pump system, I contacted them on the Sunday, to my surprise they answered my call and arranged a new unit to be installed the following day. I had visitors arriving Monday, and to my surprise the system was in and was warming up by the time they arrived. I can't believe the response, professionalism and care taken. I could not have asked for better service. I have worked in the service industry for 40 years, this is a company that I rate highly. Well done.
