As soon as Rhys took over the business he made contact with me to discuss continuing the service for me. What a reliable, professional and thoughtful man he is. He services my property on a regular basis and will continue to do so. He lets me know when extra services are needed to keep our property’s plumbing working with a greater level of hygiene.
