Ross planned and built our deck and did an amazing job, quoting it up clearly and always communicating well through the entire process. Even with personal issues arising, he endeavored to prioritize getting our job completed within a fast timeframe and the work is excellent. We have since invited him back for smaller renovation jobs around our home and he’s always willing to help whether the job is big or small. The power pole on our property fell over on the 22nd December (great timing right!?) and it looked as though we were in for a couple of weeks without power. Lucky for us Under & Over were able to replace the pole, organise an electrician and have it ready for Energex to reconnect the following day. Our Xmas can now go as normal – nearly. Thanks heaps Marty and Pete, you're both legends

We were given great advice when we started our building renovation. "Hire a building consultant" who is independent from the building company we engaged to carry out the work. An independent building consultant will help you: 1. A.S. are met 2. If variations are implied, your consultant can tell you if they really do need to be implemented or can suggest a workaround 3. Help you understand your legal rights 4. Help you understand building principles and regulations 5. Peace of mind We hired Stuart as our consultant and on one occasion our builder tried to hit us with a $14,000 additional fee that I thought we would definitely have to come up with. My wife said let's get Stuart. He met us on site, he showed us an alternative that cost us a total of $1,260 including Stuart's fees. What a saving! Stuart is a brilliant building consultant.

Congrats Nick Hall,you are a superstar. Best,most helpful builder you will ever find for your project. Highly recommend from start to finish he kept the same friendly manner (even when we changed things it didn't matter to Nick.) With a great eye for detail and always thinking about the job and how he can get you the absolute,best outcome.Nick's pricing was really reasonable and fair and that is really hard to find in this day and age.We used Nick for all our renovation work,not just our two bathrooms and his knowledge was invaluable and the other trades he referred us to were friendly and helpful and knew their jobs.We didn't know Nick before we contacted him through localsearch. I rarely find a tradesman I would refer,but I couldn't let the great work Nick had done go without singing his praises and hopefully helping someone else who might be struggling to get a good builder.Ring Nick,you will be glad you did.
