The experience of dealing with Andersons was nothing but pleasant with the staff showing an interest in our requirements and the knowledge,professionalism and courtesy was excellent from our fist visit, to the quote, decision on the tiles to the delivery . Young Craig that came out to grind our floor was a very friendly and relaxed person that made us feel so much at ease as he performed his task. The professionalism, dedication and quality of his work was a pleasure to behold. Would not hesitate to approach Andersons, their staff and associated trades people when requiring more floor coverings. Definitely a five out of five star rating.

The first point of contact was with a lady who was very helpful and told me how to go about getting my dishwasher fixed with them. As it is an intermittent problem at the moment it has fixed itself but when it really does need attention I will be back in touch.

He was also able to arrange for the works to commence fairly soon after quoting and has completed them to a very high standard. We cannot be more thankful!
