As recent retires and moving to the coast after a lifetime on the farm we needed to upgrade the kitchen in our new home. Not being digital savvy, we were struggling to understand the new appliances data sheets Andrew Stonehouse offered his assistance and we were so lucky he did. Andrew was amazing, he explained in detail and in layman's terms we could understand. We apologised for taking so much of his time but he just told us that's exactly what I'm employed for. We were so happy about our new appliances and the service Andrew gave us and although we spent over $ 4000 we left the store more than happy. If they hand out gold stars than it's a big 5 from us. Bought a toothbar and 3 brackets for my kubota bx tractor bucket. Excellent communication, Jim even advised me a day ahead of the courier that they, the courier, had my things ready nearby for pickup. He double checked measurements to ensure a proper fit. Everything fitted easily. ADVICE - could use a normal drill bit, however I used a step drill, makes it even easier. Toothbar a very worthwhile addition and certainly cuts extremely well. Excellent experience all over. Pity couriers aren't as on the ball as Jim is.
