I have always been happy with staff n goods when shopping at Harvey Norman, Kingaroy especially. I recently bought a computer laptop that I was planning to hotspot from my phone from another Harvey Norman store. I had hotspotted before various devices. It wouldn't connect so I took my laptop in to the store only to be told I would have to make an appointment n pay for any help!! I was then told my phone was too old to connect but no where was I told that my laptop was wired for 5g use only and I would need to spend more money to facilitate its use!!!! I am no computer whiz but I understand 5g does not work in the country so why is Harvey Norman selling 5g devices without an explanation!!!! I was told it would confuse the customers!!!! My technician helped me to get it working was patient with his very irate customer and after a few hundred more dollars I ended up with it working!!! But I would never have bought it if I knew it was 5g and I would have to spend even more money.

I'm fairly new to the district and I've found that Tracie and David are genuine country folk as they are always friendly and helpful every time I visit the shop. I ALWAYS end up buying more than I went for as they seem to have everything I want and their pricing is mostly better than I could get at the bigger stores. Don't take my word as gospel, go see for yourself..

Amethyst moon is my favourite place to find incense and crystals as well as their lovely soaps and clothing! I really love the atmosphere in the shop as they always have soft soothing music going in the shop as well as a lovely incense smell that you can smell even before you walk through the door. The owner is really cute too! such a lovely and helpful lady and she's always up for a chat.
