Fantastic service, the friendly guy did the job using a long tool and charged us $165, it took him about ten minutes to unblock the drain which was caused by fat and oil from washing dishes in the kitchen sink. It pays to shop around because I was quoted $500 by another Ballarat plumbing business.

I can highly recommend Tom and his plumbing crew. He and his team were efficient and professional. Tom came to assess the job and gave valuable advice on how to fix the problem (which was a little complex) and a timeline of when he could attend. He and his team arrived on time and carried out the work with minimum of fuss. Additionally they were very kind in fixing an issue that we had previously and had not realized. We were very impressed with Ballarat Precision Plumbing.

Have had the pleasure of Ben & Matt from Celsius here today to replace our air-conditioner. They arrived on time, did an excellent job, respectful to us & our home & left everything clean & tidy. In my opinion Mark should be at the top of this list. Mark has just completed an electrical job on our house today, Feb 2025.
