All I can say is that Christmas came early this year. Yesterday the hot water tank went on the fritz. After doing the usual troubleshooting it was obvious I needed a plumber. By sheer chance we had visitors at the house, one of which gave me Pipe Masters phone number. I talked to Lachlan and even though he was clear out in Nimbin he assured me he would stop by in the afternoon (it was nearly noon when I called). Lachlan showed up about 3:30. After troubleshooting the unit Lachlan informed me what the problems were and and fixed the unit. Wrapped in courtesy, knowledge and integrity, this is one Christmas gift I am keeping.

So impressed with the time frame in which appointments were made and carried out. Honest and reliable information received to be able to make the decision to replace our existing air con in our main bedroom. From initial phone call to have it inspected to when the replacement was installed, we cannot fault the whole team. From Bec in admin through to the the guys and gals that completed the initial inspection and then installation of new. Fast. Prompt. They do what they say they will do.
