Fit for Kings isn't just any gym. It's a place where you feel safe, comfortable, for just being you, not matter your fitness levels, personal goals you want to achieve. The support they offer is priceless, truly priceless. They don't have unrealistic ways to meet your goals. They personally tailor everything for you to achieve your own individual goals taking your likes and dislikes into consideration no matter what.. They are the most humbleness, genuine gym I have come across, and I've come across quite a few... I wish with all of my heart that they were closer to me... unfortunately I had to move 8hrs away. I highly recommend Fit For Kings. If you're the person who wants to show up, complete your goals and not to stand in front of a mirror just to admire yourself... How often should I do Pilates?
To see noticeable results in a relatively short period of time Pilates should be practiced regularly for three, one hour sessions per week. Power on Pilates understands that a busy work/life schedule does not always allow for this. We invite people from all walks of life, with a range of personal fitness goals and remind everyone to leave their ego at the door!
We ask only that our students commit to achieving their own personal best, and focus mind to mat during the regular sessions they attend to get the best possible results.

What is Pilates? More than just a great work out for the physical body! Pilates is a form of exercise developed in the 1920's to work the mind and muscle in harmony, and is great for those looking to achieve graceful movement, long lean muscles and a strong stream lined physique. Pilates is a common method of mind-body fitness and is gentle enough to be used by physiotherapists as a rehabilitation tool, right through to top level dancers and athletes for body conditioning. This form of exercise works to strengthen all of the muscles in the body, is low impact and is one of the most effective ways to change body shape, improve posture and tone up. Exercise regimes are challenging and can achieve fantastic results for any fitness level or any age. From those wishing to improve their strength, flexibility, and physical fitness, to those with injuries, or during pregnancy. In short this form of exercise is great for anyone.

After spending time in our community and with our clients, we've found that there's a need for real change on a very personal level. Most of all, our clients need to get back to really looking after themselves. Many of them have let themselves go, either because they've gotten older, or because they've spent a lot of time caring for others and not for themselves. The first step in lifestyle rehabilitation is to start really caring for yourself. We have many ways to help you do that. Lots of our clients start with simple exercise programs like water therapy to help them get moving again in a safe, pain-free environment. This might be followed by adjustments to their diet to improve their gut and emotional health, relaxation classes to reduce stress and personal counselling sessions called, "Talk Time", to give them an opportunity to talk about any unresolved issues. As we all get older it's a good idea to work towards the feeling of completion; knowing that we've completed what we set out to.
