What a great pub and unbelievable food. Ross Island Hotel make the best reef and beef I've ever had in Townsville. They have now ruined it for me in having it anywhere else. Great service and friendly staff. Thank you for a great feed and a great night

This is the only place to stay in Townsville, the rooms are clean, spacious and have every thing you need for an overnight stay or a long stay. The staff are friendly and helpful and always go out of their way. Parking is undercover and is great for our big car as it has high clearance and easy access. The nearby area has lots of options for meals and a bottle shop across the road that has a fantastic selection of wines.. This place is great as it now has a walkway nearby to the new stadium.

You guys are just great! The restaurant staff remember what you are drinking, all the staff are friendly and helpful! To top it up off, I call them for a wake up call as my phone was going flat and the night staff personally deliver a phone charger! best customer service I have experienced! Went to Tom's as a family group birthday party, 10 adults and 12 kids, on a Sunday for lunch recently. We had a booking and everything was set up for us on arrival. This is a very family friendly venue with an outdoor and indoor play area for the kids. One of the kids was sick and the lady manager insisted on cleaning it up herself. The menu for both adults and kids has a good variety and prices for meals and drinks are reasonable in my opinion. We ordered our meals from the menu in one order and they all arrived together within a reasonable time. We were permitted to take our own birthday cake and it was kept out back for us until we were ready for it. All of the staff were very nice and helpful. This was our first time at this venue and I would recommend it for a similar family gathering. The kids had a great time. Well organised.

I could not possible give less than 5 stars. This place has definiely got it right with vibes, security, staff - well actually JUST EVERYTHING. Do not change the music. This is what people love to listen to :) Thats A 5 From Brendan. #Moo

Sorry this is a bit late, but have had computer issues. My partner and I attended your 2016 Melbourne Cup day function and would like to commend all of your staff, particularly MC Emily for an absolutely wonderful day! The food was absolutely delicious, the staff worked tirelessly the whole time whilst still keeping a smile on their face and the atmosphere was just wonderful. Thank you guys—may even look at attending our Christmas day celebrations there.
