could not thank Jay (the owner) and his team enough. Especially Shane. He helped me get to the cause of my air conditioning problems and fix it with ease, when so many could not. He also did a fantastic job with a deep clean. Despite being so busy Jay worked hard to fit me in as soon as possible. Great customer service, honest and reliable. Shane knows exactly what he is doing, explaining everything to me as he went along simply, so I could understand, gave me very good advice. And had so much patience with all the questions I had for him. Nothing was a bother or too big or small to do. After getting the run around from so many different companies and Tradies, I really started to loose hope in getting my air con fixed & lost faith that there might be some decent people still out there. I have dealt with many services in GC and have found Efficient hygiene Services team to be the bests, they are so friendly, efficient, easy to deal with and so quick in their response. I engaged this company for extensive ducted cleaning last year and they did an outstaning work. They also prepared a report on my request in one day. I was meant to review them then but lifes busy and I am getting old. Sorry, that should not be an excuse. I like to complement people when they have done such a great hassle free job. I reassure you that you will not be disappointed if you use this company. I will 100% use them each time for my airconditioning issues and for my peace of mind that the job will be done well.
