Hi my name is Melissa and I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Strategic Psychotherapist and I run Zen Mind Body Therapies. I use Hypnosis to create a state of focused attention which allows for me to access my clients unconscious mind and help them to re program some of the less effective strategies that have been holding the client back with progress in various aspects of their life.
