When my partner and I decided we were in the market for buying a block of land and building our own home, we started looking around for a broker. QPF Finance / Pacific 1 Finance was recommended to us by some close friends, and we decided to give them a call. We really wanted to find someone that could work with us throughout the purchasing and building process and to suit our unique situation. Being rural and in a higher risk zone, we thought securing a loan with a good rate without ridiculous fees would be difficult; But Greg, Caron and the team were able to where others couldn't. After speaking with Greg, I felt very confident and comfortable that we had made the right decision. Greg's customer service and knowledge of the industry was exceptional, and helped us navigate through the whole process with ease. The team at QPF Finance / Pacific 1 Finance were able to provide us with a great competitive rate and customise a deal to suit. Due to our location we were unable to meet with QPF Finance / Pacific Finance on a regular basis, but between the consistent emails and phone conversation we didn’t feel the need to. The team of John, Tony and Tracey at mobile finance brokers are absolutely amazing. They helped us get a forever home when we had almost given up hope.
