I was shopping at bunnings on Tuesday 10th September 2024. My power pass app on my phone did not work so I used my credit card to make the purchase. I decided to engage with Rachael for a renovation as I had had a previous positive encounter with her as an interior designer. For my current project though I wanted someone not only with amazing interior designer abilities and craftsmanship but someone who has all the skills required to project manage my renovation, therefore alleviating me from all the headaches that may come with renovating. I found Rachael to be 100% competent in managing all areas of our renovation. She is up to date with all the latest trends and has an incredible eye for detail with beautiful taste. She responds to all my enquiries in a very timely manner, totally professional and she listens to what we want to achieve with our renovation, creating the most beautiful brief 😀

It's been an absolute dream dealing with Jason throughout this build. We're not experienced with renos/builds but felt so taken care of and informed at every step of the process. Kiama Window Fashions Gallery gave us great advice, explaining the different features of the luxaflex products and helping us to make the right choice. We finally decided to install shutters. Their installers were brilliant and they worked through the night to get them installed for us. We can't believe the difference it has made to the feel of the house... so contemporary and cosy. We had the boys paint the inside of our home. Excellent attention to detail and when we came home the house was clean and tidy. I couldn’t speak any higher of this company. Strongly recommend using Michael and his team. They are also very pleasant to speak to and Michael has lots of experience in advising what colours will work with your house and help you. If I could give ten stars I would 👍👍👍
