On 8/2/24 the 3 guys who packed everything up were awesome. They were professional, efficient, friendly, and general down to earth guys who you could have a chat, joke etc. with while they still remained professional. Then on the 10/2/24 different guys except 1 arrived after 2 days of storing possessions and unloaded the trucks. These guys were exactly the same as packing day - professional, efficient, friendly, and general down to earth guys who you could have a chat, joke etc. with while they still remained professional. Both days your service was fantastic. They all took care of possessions, so no damage occurred. I'd like to personally thank Mark and his team! We had the pleasure of Toucan do our 7th removal, and this time we had Hayden and Nathan, these boys were so polite, friendly and hard working, we were shocked how professional and fast they were, communicating with us all the way. Two very fine and outstanding young men, with the clear values of Toucan. We never bother to shop for quotes, as this company treat you like a real person and with so much respect. THANK YOU ALL.

I have moved around the world, continent to continent, interstate etc....this move today was the least stressful of all. Admittedly not a long way, but Tim and his team made it look easy. As I am a bit disabled I couldn't do much and didn't need to. The truck arrived on time, was well packed, some precious things (antique grandfather clock etc) were handled expertly and carefully. The boys were so nice and polite, nothing was too much trouble. Communication with Tim was supportive and reassuring.
